Data analysis with CISP

Adiabatic testing
Thermal Hazard Technology offer a full range of adiabatic testing using the Accelerating Rate Calorimeter together with specialised options.

Using the Cheminform (CISP) software packages allows much more information to be obtained from any test.  From simple heat and gas generation parameters to full reaction simulation and kinetic determination using CISP allows simple reports to be generated giving users information over and above that usually available.

The analysis is not only useful in generating additional information but with modules for performing reaction simulation it allows users to accurately determine reactor parameters and vent-sizes.  Simulation also shows how temperatures can change with reaction inside vessels, reactors and barrels.

CISP analysis can be done with the data from all of the THT manufactured instruments but can also be performed with many other instruments.  THT offer services to perform analysis of data measured elsewhere to obtain further information

Battery testing
THT battery testing services including abuse and electro-thermal dynamics can be conducted in the Accelerating Rate Calorimeter or EV-ARC.

Reaction Calorimetry
Using both the
mRC™ and MRC™ allows THT to offer reaction calorimetry testing to meet all requirements.

Screening
The development of the RSD™ allows quick and accurate screening to determine potential thermal hazards in a cost-efficient manner.
