Thermal Hazard Technology recognise that every instrument occasionally meets with problems.  We aim to ensure that these issues are minimised and that users are aware of any potential problems.  If everything does go wrong we have specialist staff who can offer immediate help or assistance by  by phone fax or e-mail - free of charge -a good old-fashioned service.  And this is available not only to users of our own equipment but to all Accelerating Rate Calorimeter users no matter when, where or who from you purchased your system.

We also realise that staff eventually move on and that training of new employees is both not simple and time consuming.  We offer full training for users of our calorimetry instruments and also in general thermal hazard evaluation.  We also offer periodic training courses on specific topics.

Our specialist department and our experienced personnel can provide a service and repair facility second to none.  Servicing can be done after return of part to us or we may visit your site. We aim to stock replaceable items, we aim to keep old instruments working.  Further to this we offer a Calorimeter Rebuild Service and an Annual Maintenance Visit.
